It's both my sister's and Laura's birthdays today, and evidently not Josiah's little buddy's birthday. We should get to meet him in a day or two though. We hung out at home in the morning. I did diaper laundry and our clothing laundry. Not thrilling, but everything is more enjoyable with a baby to play with.

Josiah is very interactive and very awake from 8am to 8pm. He still naps between every feeding but his awake periods are getting longer, and after 8pm he is pretty much asleep unless he is eating. Here is a video of him when he was pretty happy, awake, and interacting this morning.
Savannah came by and gave Josiah a little stuffed Elephant. Now he has two stuffed animals that aren't giraffes (the other is a fish from Elijah of course). We took a walk, chatted, and she put Josiah to sleep twice. He did pretty well the second time not crying much at all.
Bryan and I went grocery shopping and got items for a menu for 1 week. We planned spaghetti, grilled chicken and roast cauliflower, burgers and corn, shrimp and herb cream sauce linguini, and BBQ chicken bacon ranch pizza.

When we got home we finally quit avoiding the taxes and got most of the federal return done. Tomorrow we finish and do the state return.
